Didn't receive full subscription

So i bought this subscription

Unlimited World incl. UK and China

Unlimited2 calls to landlines in 40 countries
worldwide including UK and China.

Unlimited calls2 to landlines and mobiles in

Hence the MOBILES.... It only allows me to call to landlines... whilst in the subscription it says

Landlines and mobiles....

can someone help ?

Your subscription includes calls to mobile numbers, but only in certain countries, for example:United States or Canada.

Well...

One of the countries i was allowed to call mobile phones were australia

Australian mobile numbres still don't work

AND when i check through my account it said

i'm allowed to call Landline numbers only...
