Cannot call landline number [ Edited ]

Hi,

I have a unlimited world subscription and cannot call a UK landline number (hotel in London). I have tried to call with my Iphone and my Ipad unsuccessfully, I keep getting "No credit" "You need Skype credit to call this number."

I can see that the number you have tried to call is a shared cost number which is not included in the subscriptions.
