i have tried serval times to cancel and it has not happened it has caused my checking to be overdrawn please make sure this is canceled or i will have to go to the bank and dispute charges

Your mechanism for canceling subscriptions stil doesn't work on your website. I have the exact same problem as the person below reported two months ago. I will contact support as you suggest below but you should fix this. It is very annoying.

Okay, I tried to follow the links you give to reach support but it just puts me back into this same system of posting questions that I just posted the question on. Are you kidding me!?!?!?
To be specific about my original problem --- I followed your instructions for cancelling a subscription. I tried to put your url into this message but I got an error back saying I can't put urls into these messages.
When I follow your directions though and try to click on the "settings" I get "The webscite cannot display the page". I want to cancel my subscription to Skype Premium for video conferencing. How on earth do I do that????

I cannot cancel my subscription. I have premium account that I cannot cancel. I log on, click the Call Phones tab, click Subscription, and I cannot find any cancel button. My screen does not look like the one in the help document when I searched the main Skype site. I lowered my Windows security settings in case this cancel button is on some kind of popup, but I still cannot navigate to a cancel button.

I wish to cancel my skypesubscrption but the word " settings" does not appear alongside my subscription details - how do I get into settings ? Is there any way one can speak to a human being?

I have the same problem too. cancellation of Subscriptions. I have received a confirmation of the CACLELLATION OF MY AUTO-RECHARGE since July 1st, 2011 but my billing continued every month until today Nov. 1, 2011 and automatically charge to my account. Please acknowledge and advise what to do..Otherwise I need to cancell my Credit card which is the only option..

I checked your account and auto-recharge has been cancelled, but Skype Premium is a different product and if you don't wish to use this then you will need to cancel it separately: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1881/How-do-I-c
Since the last payment went through just recently, it hasn't expired and you haven't used it you can request a refund: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA297/How-do-I-re
Customer service can also help you cancel it if needed and confirm it.

Have tried to follow all available cancellation options for a package which I never once used but found that my account has been charged $17.91. Still can't see any way to cancel and am tempted to change my credit card to avoid future payments
HELP!
