Cancelling a subscription

I recently took out a trial...order details below

First payment taken on: xxx

Skype Name: xxx
Product name: 100% discount, Package
Total amount charged: GBP0.00
Start of free trial: xxx
Order number: xxx

 

I would like to cancel this subscription, however there is no such subscription showing on my account and therefore I do not have a settings button on which to cancel.  

 

I would like confirmation on how I can ensure that this service is cancelled and that no payment is taken from my account.

Hi

Yes you understand correctly.  When I click on the Call tab there is no settings tab, therefore I am unable to cancel.  

 

I just want to ensure that I do not end up being charged to continue this subscription.....which renews tomorrow.

I have forwarded the cancellation request to Skype Customer Service. Once cancelled you will receive a confirmation email as well.

I cant cancel my group video subscription. Because of everytime when I click the change settings then the page cannot display, so it maight be the program error. So how do I cancel my group video subscription now?
