Calls won´t connect

Good Morning, I have a subcrption for Europe and skype credit, mainly I use the Dualphone bought on your web. Sind 10/05/12 no connection is possible, I tried to call several different international numbers (mainly Spain to Germany) and it rings, as soon as the other person picks up the seconds start counting, but the call is not connected. Same happens trying to call from the PC.

Please answer asap, as I am paying a subcriptions and since two days I have to pay extra for international calls as skype is not working.

Nothing obvious in your call logs, in order to investigate please file a support ticket as shown here: https://support.skype.com/faq/FA1170

Then customer service will investigate and check why calls are not connected.
