Calls to landlines dropping out 1 second after pickled up

Hi all. I have a Skype subscription to make calls to Australia and I also have Skype credit.
When I make calls to land landlines in Australia when the recipient picks up the phone Skype the call almost immediately every time. This has been happening for the last six weeks. An occasional call gets through but my experience is that 99% of them don't. What can I do about this?

I have just installed the skype on my new Iphone 5, When I am making call to land landlines or mobile in India and when the recipient picks up the phone Skype the call dropping immediately every time. This has been happening for the last six weeks. An occasional call gets through but my experience is that 99% of them don't. Please help me to resolve this issue.
