Call US from Israel Using Unlimited US and Canada Subscription... Possible?

I am going to Israel in a couple weeks. I will be there for 5 weeks. I wish to bring my iPhone and make Skype calls using WiFi to the US. To do so, I want to buy the Unlimited US and Canada subscription for two months. Can I call from Israel to the US and use this subscription? I'd also like to make the caller ID show up as my american mobile phone number.

You can use subscription in any country you wish

Make sure you purchase Unlimited US&Canada subscription while you are still in US, because even though you can use subscription in Israel you can't purchase it there. Subscriptions are recurring by default, so if you purchase subscription for 1 month it will be automatically extended if you don't cancel it from your account.
Also please set up your caller ID before leaving the country as you need to verify your mobile number: https://support.skype.com/en-us/faq/FA2561
