Hi! I am new with Skype. I first bought "Thailand 120 min" package on 3 June as a try. Now I have used all of 120 minutes. Today I wanted to buy another "Thailand 120 min". However, I did a mistake, I bought a 10-euro Skype credit instead. Later, I used my Skype credit to buy another "Thailand 120 min" for me. However, I found the message "Your subscription has been suspended as you have exceeded your allocated free minutes.Your free minutes will start again on Jul 3, 2012". After reading the FAQ, I clicked on 'Get another subscription'. Later, I got the mail notified that the order was derivered. However, I found only one subscription in my account that has no minute.
Now my Skype credit is only 5.02 euro left, so the buying is successfull, but I have no minute to make a phone call. I have no idea what I did wrong.
Please give me a suggestion how I should do to get minutes to phone to Thailand.
