2 of the same 120 minutes subscription in one month? [ Edited ]

I had 120 mins to switzerland landlines and mobiles subscription. after I used up the 120 mins I bought another 120 mins of the same subscription but the 2nd subscription is not working. I checked my payment history and it was charged to my card. When i bought the 2nd subscription, I also paid for an extra $5 skype credit. I recieved the $5 sckype credit but not my subscription. Am I allowed to have 2 of the same subscription in one month? If not then why was I still charged for the 2nd one? PLease help. Thanks

No you aren't. Your have a monthly Plan so the new minutes you have purchased will be added to your account one month after your initial purchase.
