I have a subscription and an online number. I set my caller ID to my online number, but my caller ID number disappears after time and resets to a number in Palmdale, CA. Why do I have to continually reset my caller ID to my online number? This is very frustrating!

I have had the same issue 4 times. Using Skype Chat support resolved nothing. Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?
