upgrading to Skype premium

My Skype out (phone and mobile calling) just automatically renewed today. I thought I had blocked the renewal because I wanted to get the premium subscription when my old subscription ran out. Can we upgrade my renewed subscription to the premium level and let me pay the difference (roughly $30 US) ?

1. We don't have an auto renewal system for SkypeOut. If you mean a Subscripition Plan these auto renew unless and until canceled. To cancel please file here:

2 . No. Please cancel, request a pro rata refund and then purchase the new Plan.

subscricption suspended..

Hello moderator,

 

I have reached my daily skype subscription limit which is 6 hrs a day. day before yesterday on 21st feb 2012 , I reached this limit some where around 8:30 pm. and from then I am not able to use my skype subscription. Even today also it is not allowing me to make calls using that subscription. How and when it will be restored ???..i have purchase the india unlimited subscription jst few days back . before i was not aware of the usage policy at all. plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz i need my subscription to be activated as soon as possible,,i am accessing my acoount from qatar doha.

 

have i lost my monthly subscription. I purchased it just 3 days back :sad: ..

i placed an unlimmited call order to japan, i thought i was purchasing mobile phone call, but i purchesd landline instead.how do i change my order to mobile call only?
