unauthorized credit card charge (SKYPE 44870835190 GB)

My credit card has been charged SKYPE 44870835190 GB; this is waht appears in the statement, I don't use skype for more than a year now and never bought skype credits, and I recently check the autocharge something and it is not enabled in my settings, now how can skype explain this, and the number: SKYPE 44870835190 GB, when you google it others have been having the same problem. Please skype any, answer regarding this unauthorized credit card charging?

I also had unauthorized charges to my card although I did not
and still do not have my settings set to automatic payment or top up. I feel
this is a form of cheating or scam. Nowhere did I authorize or click on any
buttons which said skype could automatically charge my card without my
knowledge. Now I searched everywhere for a customer support number and/or email
but cannot find it. Does skype make it difficult to find intentionally? Is this
a form of trickery to make it so difficult so that customers are discouraged
after searching for 30 minutes and give up, thereby enabling skype to make
money off of unreported unauthorized charges? I assume if enough customers
suffer through this and give up that skype stands to a make a lot of money by
these unauthorized charges they have set up. Any respectable company would have
a customer support phone number or email or contact on the homepage easily
visible to customers and easy to locate!.

I just bought $10 US but i only needed it to get ahold of one person and it does not work now im stuck with the 10 us and nowere on the skype Acc does it allow me to undo the buy but on the contract it state you may return any unused credits. can anyone help me skype normal support is useless.

i did not use skpe on the amount of some $30 dollars plus and my account was cancelleed- what do i do

Subscriptions are recurring, if you don't cancel recurring payments then subscriptions are extended automatically.
You purchased Unlimited US&Canada in 2010 and it was supposed to be extended this month, but for some reason order was refused.

Your account is not canceled, but your subscription will expire on the 12th if you don't extend it.
You can try a different payment method or check with customer service why order was refused.

the same thing happened to me and my son's girlfriend. I never authorized anything. I have 4 years of university education, and I cannot find anywhere on this f....... site to contact customer service. This has to be the worst site I have ever encountered.
