Hi,
The subscription is reflected in your account as a delivered order, not as additional Skype Credit.
I can see that you have activated "Australia Unlimited min to landlines 3 months" subscription.
Your package includes calls to landlines only, so if you call mobiles, then the rate for calling mobiles plus a connection fee is applied.
Please check your order list:

I hope it helps!

I can confirm that your subscription has been delivered.
Please check your order list:
https://secure.skype.com/account/purchase/history/
Your subscription includes calls to landlines only, so if you want to call mobile numbers you need an additional Skype Credit or a subscription which include calls to mobiles.
I hope it helps!
