soon to be inactive credit message

Why are you doing this?

"Your credit will become inactive in 3 days
You don't seem to have used any of your Skype Credit in a while. It becomes inactive if you haven't used it in 180 days. But don't worry - once it becomes inactive, you can reactivate it whenever you're ready to use it. Simply sign into your account online and follow the option to Reactivate credit."

This is so annoying!!! I know I have the credit; I haven't had the opportunity to use it. You should actually be refunding me the credit because I have not used it within 180 days ( or longer!). Instead you are going to be hiding it in some inactive area of skype that when I want to use it I have to go looking for it.

I don't know why you would be doing this. This is such a bad business practice.

Please refund to me the credit. You are holding my money.

Thank you,

Thomas Mason
