skype free minutes - no minutes on the account!

I have payed for an account on 5´th of March. It sais that I could start using my free minutes from today 8`th. I can´t because I do not have any minutes to call for.

What do you think the problem is?

I have had this subscription for a while now. Every month Skype makes a withdraw from my bank. After 3 days I am supposed to have my 400 minutes on my account, minutes I can call for. There are no minutes still on my account and I need to make some calls now!

I'm having the same problem! My delivery is only one day late, but usually it was instantaneous.
