Alternative is to use Skype Credit until your 400minutes are reset next month.

Please help me, I signed up for the free month that skype were offering, but no credit is showing up on my balance, it says "0.00 one subscription". When I try to make calls to a phone number it does not connect, immediately the window comes up saying you need to buy credit - what do I do? I am in South Africa and can I call South African cell phones via skype? Thank you Alexandra
