reactivation of credit failed, money gone !?!?!

Hi,

my credit of 10 euros was deactivated on October 27, 2011. I tried to reactivate it today, and found a link on the website to do so. I got a confirmation email saying my credit was now 'restored' to 0 euros... and it stays at zero.  The account section of the website now says that there is no credit to reactivate

Where did my money go? How can I really reactivate my credit?

I was assured by email that deactivation could be easily undone. This does not appear the case.

I've had the same problem.. i will wait 1 week for a reply, if not then I will report skype! seems to me allot of people have problems with skype taken people's money.. if this is so.. skype should be reported and informed to the world about their lack of help!!

I am just being redirected in circles! Skype have stolen my credit! when i attempt to re-activate it just shows up as zero credit. Where did my £9:00 go?
