i can not buy any credit from skye because always tom com interfere by chinese pages without any translation, specially the moneybookers confirmation.

pls answert urgently how to use skype without tomcom and how to buy credit in english

TOM.com...after receiving and email with chinese characters with the skype logo, i panicked and cancel my auto charge. they still took £47.22 from my credit card without authorization. AND money doesn't appear as a credit in my SKYPEaccount.
i would like to hear the official SKYPE answer.
also when i asked for an explanation online, the answer was that i had to give the first 6 and the last 4 digits of my credit card. i questioned this but i was told i wouldn't be able to get help unless i disclosed them.
needless to say that after years with SKYPE, this has left a bitter taste and i'm now looking for another company.
also the information about TOM online is very minimal (almost cautious) and the websites mentioned don't work!!... how do i get my money back?

- they dont live in China

- they have never used Tom site before

- account was created in the UK years ago

- dont want to create a new account.

all the points you mention apply to me.

i'm afraid there was no solution.

i think they expect the bank to honor the unauthorised fraudulent charges.

unfortunately i had no alternative other than open another account as the ONLY action SKYPE took was to block my account and i urgently needed to speak to my mum overseas.

worried that bank details of my account were obtained by criminals. how? nobody wants to find out nor explain.

my advise is do not enter bank details EVER!...if you need -like i do - to buy credit DO NOT make any automated payments.

such a shame that a great company has so little interest in customer service.
