I purchased my new subscription at 29 -02-2012 and I was told by reply that the payment order is now due but after all this time it has not been activated. I paid at the Geniki bank in Greece the exact ammount of 28, 75 euro, by using the following reference number: 408761586629, and with the following order number 583179325,
