I am a premium member. When I logged in,'I saw "A new version of Skype is available" and clicked"upgrade for free". That took me to a page where thenoptionsmwere to create an account or sign in. Clicking the sign in option takes me to thenpreviousnpage and an endless loop. Clicking create an account forces me to create a new account. What to do? Thanks.
