I  purchased skype credit last year while travelling. I barely used any of it and now its gone. I will be travelling overseas again soon and need my credit back.

Your case is bit different since the account you used in this forum doesn't have any orders

You can use the link I posted above to reactivate credit, but first you need to locate your correct username where you made the order.

The solution suggested will only work if your skype credit has been deactivated but has not yet expired. I dont use Skype very often, I had a credit on it for emergency and for when I travel abroad. But now it has been more than 180 days so my credit has disappeared. It is not inactive, it has gone. Can I get it back and have it sit there for emergency purposes?
