my paypal was under-funded and subscription cancelled

my paypal was under-funded and subscription cancelled itself. how do i renew and not lose my numbers?

Have you tried updating payment methods under subscription settings here: https://secure.skype.com/account/call-phones/packages

If this did not help then please contact customer service, since you have one of the old subscription that includes Online Numbers.

Hi Andre,

did this and system says 1usd was charged to paypal. when will the remaining 34usd for 3mo subscription be charged? in 2 days subscription ends...
