As every month, my monthly package subscription Angola was debited in my credit card, but no 60 minutes credited to my account, which remained with about 40 minutes as the day before. Please, give my money back, or have my minutes credited.

This is why your minutes have not been reset.
The reason why recurring payment is taken 3 days in advance is to avoid any possible delays. Otherwise if payment is 1 minute late subscription would be cancelled. Three days should be enough time to avoid any delays and provide enough time for the customer to make sure they have enough funds on their bank account.
Of course you won't loose these 3 days since subscription still runs from the 6th till the 6th next month.
Note: Minutes will not roll over to next month. If you have still 40minutes left this month then on the 6th it will be reset to 60, not 100 minutes.
You haven't lost your money nor minutes, you just need to wait until tomorrow to have your minutes reset.
