Please cancel and stop charging me for the Feb 6, 2012 for the account 580802358. You mentioned that is a free trial subscription till Feb 9, 2012. why do you start charging me ? please look into the matter seriously

You can cancel the subscription yourself anytime via your account page at www.skype.com/go/myaccount
