failed calls

I have purchased Unlimited world calls from 20th Febraury, 2012 up 17th March, 2012, i was suppose to call unlimited calls for one month and i have got 14 days to call and it failed to call so what can i do? Any help? I have confused and i don't know what to do. Any help i really appriciate.
