eCheck orders through PayPal take few days [ Edited ]

Hello, 

I purchased an online phone number Order No. 610824643 and the status is still pending.

I payed for this on the 5th and it is the 9th. Your support page says it should only take 24 hours or contact customer service.

Can you please advise what is happening with my order.

Hi Paul,

Number is not activated since money has not reached Skype yet
Usually PayPal payments are delivered instantly, unless you have eCheck on your PayPal account.

If this is the case then I'm afraid Skype can't speed up the payment delivery. Until PayPal delivers payment to Skype, your number can't be activated.

If you log into your PayPal account then you should be able to check what is the estimated date when money reaches Skype.

Probably PayPal can give you more details on how eCheck works.
