double payment

hello I tried to credit my account via cellphone.there was error in payment  and message came as payment error. tried twice same problem. then went to desktop and made transcation and was sucess. when went to skype account. i was credited three times than  what i did by desktop. Can you pls return two transcation back to my credit card. I have contacted my bank and advised me to contact you guys first then will probably have to disbute the transcation.

 

very annoyed when trusted Skype does this type of action.

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble during payment flow, which resulted in duplicate orders :sad:

Two orders made through mobile device have been reversed now and you can check order status here: https://secure.skype.com/account/purchase/history/orders
You should shortly get an email confirmation as well.

Since it's weekend it can take few days until money will become available on your bank account.

Customer service is looking into this issue and hopefully this problem will not happen again. At the moment if you need to make more payments try using your account page instead of mobile device.
