Did you get any errors? If yes could you take a screenshot of the error and send it to customer service: https://support.skype.com/faq/FA1170

I am having the same problem!! Expiration date on CC changed and have deleted old one but it won't let me add new one! Just go around and around in circles...when I click "change" it takes me to a window where I can choose payment method, and when I choose "Visa", it takes me back to the pay window (where I can't pay because I haven't added the new one). Ack!!! Please help!!!!

That link just takes me back to the indecipherable instructions to update the creadit card expiration. I have a subscription. I want to update my expiring credit card. Do I really have to cancel my subscription? What happens to the future months I've already paid for if I cancel it? It just seems counterintuitive. I don't want to cancel my subscription.

There is a section: "Updating the credit card used for a subscription"
Please follow steps under that section.

Some days ago I posted a request for someone from Skype to email or contact me to help me update my expired credit card which I have unsuccessfully tried to do several times in the last 3 months. Have heard nothing. Can I get some help to do this?

I just renewed my expiring card, by getting to that first link Andre supplied (above your post)...but I'd found that page on my own. I didn't "delete" anything first.
Under the "Updating the credit card used for a subscription" (since that's what I have) section on that page, I followed Step 1, 2, but NOT Step 3 (which you'd use, I guess, ONLY if you want to SWITCH your pymt method; they should make THAT clearer, too, by adding an "OR" into the sentence)....then did Step 4. That takes you to an outside page to verify your credit card info with your banking institution. However, you have to know your "password" for that card account, first! (had to then go searching for that, adding even more time spent)
Now I'm waiting for the verification of my account/pymnt changes....hope that doesn't take too long, adding yet more stress to this process!
But I agree -- I've never seen such a confusing morass of instructions anywhere simply to update an expiry date on a credit card! Had to read everything over & over again to figure it out, then ask my spouse for his "take," wasting MINE AND HIS valuable time. It's normally such a quick-click process elsewhere.
What was Skype thinking???! They really ought to re-jig this method. ![]()
