For me this has now been over a month, they don't reply to e-mails and I still have no refund this is despite the fact that they have the phone back with them over three weeks ago, I have an address on their RMA dept in Hong Kong which I got from DHL and will be paying them a visit in July as I'm in hk for 3 weeks. Although I will have gone through the courts before this if the refund hasn't arrived this week. I will still visit them take pictures and advise anyone who will listen not to deal with them. Absolute Shame on Skype for putting its customers in this position in dealing with a complete sham of a company under Skypes umbrella. If you need the HK address just ask.

Well, I finally found a page where all can read the mess SKYPE has caused me. I orderd and payed for 2 webcameras which I first thought should be delivered by SKYPE, as the offer came up when logging into Skype.

I payed march the 1'st, and got a mail claiming that I woul have the prodct in a few days. I got a new mail on March the 8'th claiming that it was sent and I would have to items in a few days.

I should have use theese web-cams on a LAN meeting on the 9'th of march. Unluclywise I was hit by a stroke on the 9'th and sent to hospital, where I still am. When I managed to talk and move around I lend a PC with no mice and camera. I searched both for mail-adress to chatandvision.com and skype .com, but I came up with nothing. Trough furter search I foun a Skype site for help, and I had to make several deposits, more than the cameras did cost, but I got no answers to my questions from theese spesialists!

I have after that tried to get answers from other places on this site bun no answers at all. They treat me as non-existing.

Are both Skype and ChatandVison SCAM companies? What about going to the police, and also get this out on facebook and other medias. I want a big refund. Maybe I would have avoided the stroke if I had got the cams. Yesterday a mail came, asking me about the service I had got from chatAndvision, that almost  gave me a new stroke.

Can anybody help me to TAKE them?

Hello!

I finally received 2 x FV TouchCam V1 yesterday, and have had it installed aas a test for 10 minutes now. Looks good so far. You coulod have saved Yourself and users a lot of concerns by sending an early mail, but I cod not get hold of You and not Skype. So I and other thought the money was lost.

But I am still promised NOK 100 per cam so SKYPE or Chat and Vision owes me ringtime for NOK 200.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THOSE???

When that is done I will write a mail and thank You for fixing a big problem, but until then I ....?

Please answer quickly this time.

I ordered an ipad from Chat and vision 2 weeks ago. I went through Amazon to the website and found this connection to skype. I have not received my ipod, and as with others they do not reply to emails. There is no one available when I skype them. If this is a scam website why are they associated with skype?

1.  i have also ordered a headset, a week ago and the website says order processing, it has been 1 week and a few hours; still they have not replied to any mails nor is their skype working, apart from a voicemail service.

cannot believe Skype use these guys! Skype should be ultimately responsible as the purchase is originated from their website!!

Hi, on 30th of March I have ordered a VoSKY via the skype website and I have received a payment confirmation of 229€ from moneybookers.com the same day. However, I have never received any order confirmation from chatandvision and the product has not arrived. I have contacted chatsndvision via web form and skype answering machine but I have not got any any answer. What do you suggest I should do?

My order placed on the 04/04/2012, and I still haven't received anything from chat and vision, I have tried to call them and it said the phoneline is close at 2o'clock in the afternoon.

Anyone can help???

I Ordered a canon camera at what seemed to be a good price, decided to purchase because of the partnership with Skype, thinking it was bona-fide. The money was debited from my card and since then no attempt to make contact with customer support has worked, they just do not respond. There is no confirmation if it has been sent...always "order processing" and for 2 weeks.

I add my voice DO NOT USE Chatandvision. Cannot believe a company as large as Skype can function like this and help dupe people into what appears to be a scam. 

If this is monitored by anyone in Skype/Chatand vision....please respond!

I hope nobody belives the message, the scum company has written to this board. Their real name should be CheatAndVision. They have played their dirty game so long that nothing can cure their reputation anymore - they are and they should be out of this business for ever. I bet they are near bankruptcy and they are just collecting last money from us and will never deliver the products.

Would they be an honest company, they would have real background and contact information on their web pages. Have they really paid all taxes in EU they should have paid? I hope tax authorities will look at this case, too.
