chatandvision complaints skype complaints

Hi Has anybody got a valid address of the official complaints department of Skype? I wish to make a complaint and hold Skype responsible for the appalling lack of customer service and lack of refunds from their so call partner Chatandvision. I purchased the phone as far as I'm concerned directly through Skype the fact that they choose to have this tin pot firm act on their behalf is Skype's problem and as such must take some of the responsibility for the lack of service. I'm due to visit Hong Kong later this year ( I go yearly) so I will personally visit chatandvision and collect my refund in person with interest.

Hi, I am also experiencing problems when trying to contact Chatandvision and am at a loss of what to do. I bought two phones from them (I was not satisfied with the first phone so I bought another one straight away). When I want to send back the first phone and get a refund there is noone answering my emails and there seems to be something wrong with their webpage. How do I get in touch with them?

Just to update you on this case, I did send in a complaint but as far as any communication or more to the point refund is concerned I still do not have either. They won't answer e-mails or Skype messages, since I sent the phone back to them because it arrived here with a missing back I have had no response, Skype must pull the plug on this company .

I was about to ask the same question.  They have sent my camera despite me having cancelled the order due to very poor customer service and will not refund the money until they have the camera back. I wish to make a written complaint but cannot find an address.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
