I received an email that my subscription was canceled but I did not cancel it and my payment method has not changed. what next?

I get a transaction: "15/06/2012 PENDING - SKYPE +xx xxxxxxxxx , 0614
LAST 4 CARD DIGITS 3931$163.08" on my credit card.

But this transaction without my authorized, Please cancel the transaction.
