Accessing the Call History page through your account either on the web or from within the Skype client currently shows "Oops, something went wrong...". We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this interruption and are working on a fix.

I have been trying for a few days to access my call history, and I keep receiving the message "oops something went wrong - sorry for the inconvenience."

one has to be very care full about your account settings.
if you add any credit card!!!!
if you add some credit, as skype credit it will purchage by it self old packages what you were using before.
some old packages in your account those automatically renew unless you are very carefull.
even if have money in your package it will say account is expired. eg: one month package , but ist week it self it will say time is lapsed.YOU CANT ACCESS YOUR CALL HISTORY AND YOU DONT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SUPPRT.
THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS TO THE PUBLIC BECAUSE ITS POPULAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!
