bought skype credit and haven't received it

I bought some skype credit more than 24 hours ago with my paypal account. They sent me an email saying that it would take no more than 24 hours to add the credit to my account and it is still not there. I don't know what to do. I wanna call them, but I cannot find their number.  I am thinking maybe they just took my money .

Hello Zaina,

btw you may wanna check with your bank. See if you were charged first and check also your paypal most recent transfers?- If you VISA bank account linked to your paypal. If you don't answer for all security questions then your local bank won't approve that transaction.

Hi it's jetconde here.  I have the same issue.  I got an email that you've been delivered my order but until now I still don't have credit.  Even the 1 month free subscription for May I never used it as it didn't appear on my account.  What do you think happened here.
