Hi there,
I just need a short confirmation whether I understood something correctly:
I just bought a 3months unlimited subscription. I only want it for these 3 months and don´t want to be charged in 3 months again- can I now cancel the subscription without losing my 3 months straight after my purchase?
It´s not mentioned anywhere in detail. I simulated a cancellation without clicking to confirm and the message said that my subscription would still be active until the "expiry date" ..do you mean by that the end of the 3 month period?

normally, you should have the opportunity to stop your subscription at every moment.

Hi,
This is Ranjan, I have cancelled my subscription and then asked the Customer person to cancel the order. And got reply that the order is cancelled and I will get the money refunded. But still I did not get that money back after one week.
Please let me know what I need to do to get the money back.

Hi,
If you cancel your subscription, you will still keep the service for the whole period you have paid for. And after that your subscription will not be extended.

I can confirm that your order has been reversed on 2012-04-09.
It is not an actual charge: no funds were taken from your account as we have reversed the authorization. Some credit card issuers may not immediately remove this transaction. It might take up to 2 weeks to remove reservation from your credit card.
If you require additional confirmation, you should contact your financial institution.
