Wrong subscription

Hi,

 

I am a student on exchange in Denmark. I wanted to buy subscription for unlimited calls to Singapore but clicked on the Unlimited world instead. I just realized this mistake and saw that it costs a lot more. I am hoping that skype can help me to refund that transaction.

 

I am willing to provide whatever details necessary. I hope that the amount can be refunded as I am here on my own expense and the amount difference in the world unlimited and the Singapore unlimited is too much to ignore.

 

I appreciate all the help you can offer.

I have cancelled my subscription last month so i would not be charged 13.99 a month, my accoount has been charged twice and all i need is the us and canada subscription. please credit my account this month for 10:00 to reflect this,
