I've been a skype customer for years. I love the phone service but for Gods sake please find somebody who know to design a web page. Seriously, the account, billing and subscription pages could not be more confusing. I shouldn't have to get support to change my credit card info. My subscriptions should be clear. Turning on voice mail should not be hiidden 12 levels down. Truely, you need to improve these pages.
I couldn't agree with you more. This whole website is the most convoluted non-user friendly maze I have ever come across in ages. The whole site should be scrapped and upgraded to a newer vBulletin format!

Please listen to the above mentioned thread. For goodness sake, this is the most un-user friendly interface I have ever experienced. I hardly ever comment on internet postings or review boards, but it was so bad and aggravating just trying to update my payment info, that I am now going to look for an alternative to my needs. This website is terrible.
