Why can't we speak to someone over the phone?

It is not fair that we have to wait until Skype review a message and then get back to us, that if Skype review and respond. I have a question, and I am trying to at least get live support. I cannot get live support because Skype do not offer it, if you offer live support please tell us how to get the live support, please?

Re: Why can't we speak to someone over the phone?

I have exactly the same complaint. It is ridiculous that we are not allowed to phone a phone company! I have been notified by email that my credit expires in 3 days unless I make a call, yet every time I click the "make a call" button, the page is unobtainable and a message tells me to "re-enter the address." Since I've only clicked a button, I have no idea of the address. I tried every way possible to get to the "make a call" page without success. Then I tried to speak to a person at Skype about it but - no email address and no phone number for Skype. It would be laughable if it wasn't so frustrating. I lost £10 of credit like this once before. Now I stand to lose another £8.50. What a bunch of crooks!
