I am trying to locate a phone number or contact for a customer support provider but am unable to.
When I created and charged my account, while traveling abroad, I now realize the accounts must be automatically set to 'autorecharge' and I was just recharged for an account that I RARELY use now that I'm back in Canada and everything is local.
The fact that skype doesn't email or prompt you to the fact that they will charge you prior to doing so is DUSGUSTING.
I am writing to DEMAND this money back and to speak to someone over the phone.

how does it work, i don't want to have enable that option, to buy credit is everywhere buttons, what about not buy credit automatically???
