VISA payment not accepted

Hi,

Today I just wanted to purchase credit and used my VISA card. It says

Your payment FAILED.
bmr333, unfortunately your payment xxxxxxxxx failed, but don’t worry, we didn't deduct any money from your card.

What is wrong, and can you check.
