According the the monthly subscription, Skype has automatically charged my credit card for 9.9 EUR on Feb 22. I have checked the purchase order confirmation and the status is "Delivered". However the minutes were not updated and I have 0 minutes and I cannot make the necessary phone calls. I have restarted Skype (signed out and signed in), but it did not help.
Please check the status of the order and payment and inform me on the further steps. Skype credit is very important for me to talk to my parents abroad! Hence the credit is needed urgently!
