Unable to top up

Hi I am a frequent user of Skype and need to topp up my balance immediately.  For some reason, i no longer have the option top pay by debit card and have reached my Paypal sending limit so cannot use that.  Please help me to add credit as is urgent!

help! i tried to get the 800 minutes to ring phillipines but it wouldnt let me, now i cannot use paypal either,I need to be able to ring my fiance in phillipines!what is use of having skype and money if i can not buy credit for it?

help, how can i get credit? no use doing a money transfer if i need to use it now, if it takes 2 weeks to verify payment, how does that help ANYONE??????????????

Hi,
You cannot purchase a Skype Credit using your PayPal due to monthly purchasing limits for this product.
Could you please specify what is wring when you try to purchase a subscription?
This should be possible as you haven;t reached your limites yet.

i tried ages ago to buy the 800 minutes of call time to the phillipines, it would not let me, so i have been having to top up 2 times a night, how is this my fault? help me to get the 800 call time for the phillipines and then i would not have to top up sooo often
