URGENT- help!

Hello,
I have made last three payment for skpe. On June 18th and 19th through paypal. Since my bank detials were not confirmed, I thought it was a procedural issue with paypal. But very soon on 19th June, I made a payment using my visa card. But again, I haven't been able to make any call. The order has been delivered, but I cannot call. Please help urgently.
My skype payment details are as follow:
June 19- order #XXXXX Visa Euro 4.17
June 19- Order#XXXXXX Paypal Euro 4.17
June 18- Order# XXXXXXX Paypal Euro 4.17

Hi,
Purchasing exactly the same subscription several times will only extend the service.
You will not get additional minutes in this month.
Is you wish to have more minutes immediately then I suggest you to purchase similar subscription (the same country but different amount of minutes- for example: "India 120minutes")

thanks a ton! But this limit on minutes is really frustrating. Does it mean I wll lose all the money for those minutes which have been allocated to me?

No. Your service was extended, which means that you will be getting new minutes each month until June 2013 (as you have purchased "India 60 min 3 months" 4 times)

does anyone know where this tool bar for contacts is ,,
when i log on , all i get is ads for buying more stuff for skype.
very fustrating site with lots of stuff, but no where to list contacts or a button saying make a call would be nice on this site.

Your service is not working properly. I cannot access my contacts or make a call. All you seem to want is to increase my existing credit. Right now your service stinks and you need to sort my problems out right now!

a few minutes ago I tried to add $10 to my calling account, after that I tried to remove the automatic recharge ,somehow in doing that it looked as though it canceled my order for the $10 credit,and it recommended me to pay with pay pal so I did, when I went to make a call I noticed my MasterCard plus my pay pal both made a payment, then I tried to get the
paypal return to my account now my account shows I have $10 credit , but now my
account is blocked even though I have 10. credit please help.

Nothing has changed. I try to make calls and the number rings a few times then disconnect time after time. What am i paying for? Aservice that does not work?
