I recently purchased an annual Skype subscription through my laptop which I hoped would take over the top up charge system I use to make calls on my iphone.However Skype dont seem to have linked these purchases together.How can this be done please?

Subscription and Skype Credit are 2 different payment methods for call charges. Subscription has higher priority over Skype Credit, meaning if you call destination that is covered by subscription then subscription will cover the cost.
I can see you have a subscription on your account, but I didn't find any recent calls.
I also checked your other accounts and I believe you are using a different account on your iPhone.
Simple solution in this case is to sign out on your iPhone and then sign in again with the exact same account you used for this forum
Note: Unlimited UK, Ireland, US and Canada covers:
1) Landlines and mobiles in US and Canada
2) Only landlines in UK and Ireland
