I was just charged a recurring fee for an annual subscription that I had not cancelled in time. My bank account shows that the charge is still pending. Is it too late to cancel and have the charges reversed or am I stuck in another yearly subscription that I will not use? Thanks.

Hi,
First cancel the subscription on your account on the Skype website. Then, you may reach out to Skype Customer Service to apply for a refund; here is a link to start with: request a refund
