Talked just a few minutes but charged for an hour

Yesterday I had a mobile call just for a few minutes.I have been billed nearly nine euro for this for an hour.

Is it possible to get calls automatically terminated after a few minutes?

Most probably i did not terminate the call and the mobile handy on the other end too did not switch off.

They can have a look and see what can be done.

thank u andre for the quick response.i downloaded the call history but unable to locate a support address to send it.tried all means.i had been using automatic recharge per paypal

for many years and this is the first thing that i terminated.

sept.11 16:01 +94770421---,sri lanka-mobile  rateper min euro0.13 cents duration 01:05:51 Euro8.659  are the details in the call history.i talked for only less than six minutes.

please provide me with a direct email or land mail address to inform the authorities concerned.

i do not want to overeact and publicise this skype-flaw too soon.but this is quite a serious flaw in the system which may cause innocent skype customers paying fortunes.
