What just happened to my subscription of unlimited calling to Thailand for less than $6 a month? I have just been charged $12.99 and when looking on Skype website, I see there is no more unlimited calling but getting charged for 60 min etc... How is it ethical to suddenly charge more than I have agreed to and doing it under an auto payment. What if I were tight on money, you could have caused me to have excessive charges for bounced checks, late payments etc... I look at the account and see they are going to charge me $10 whenever my acct gets below $2 but here I was charged $12.99. What the hell is going on with you Skype?!!!!!

Only the $9.99 one becomes available when attempting to purchase.

I went through the new special offer of half price for the premium package and it showed full price all the way through the order-I do want the discount! $4.99 a month not $8.99

Discount is offered when you purchase subscription for 12 months
Then one month is equivalent to 4.99

Andre I signed in for 12 months but the billing shows $8.99-how do I adjust this when I can not call someone to fix it? They need a "live chat" support group for frustrated clients.

Your order history shows that last payment was for 1 month, which you can check here: https://secure.skype.com/account/purchase/history/
In order to change it to 12 months please contact customer service as shown here:

Choose Chat support instead of Support Network.
