In early August, my calling subscription was going to expire. I bought enough Skype credit to pay for the renewal subscription. I next attempted to complete the renewal with it, but instead the system applied it to my phone number service (which I already renewed in July). When it actually expired, the system attempted to get payment and it said there wasn't enough money in the account. Now, I'm getting notices that I have NO subscription and everything will get dropped by Nov. if I don't act on. I thought I was being proactive by trying to renew the subscription a few days early and now I'm out $30 and no renewed calling subscription. I've tried and tried to see if I can get someone in customer service to apply the credit to the subscription. I just have found no way to get this problem solved - seems there is no customer service at Skype. I've left feedback twice and nothing has happened. Please help.

Currently you don't have a calling subscription since it has expired: https://secure.skype.com/account/
Now, in order to resolve this you can request a refund through customer service for the Online Number order and then you can use the same credit to purchase calling subscription again: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA297/How-do-I-re

I admit to being somewhat dim but getting to to ask a question about subscriptions about Skype appears to be about as complicated as solving 3rd world hunger. That said I keep getting confused emails about my subscription running out , then seeing the message changes to it has already run out and then look to see that I have credits and stuff that I have apparently purchased. Is there anyway to do a review of my account and to make changes which reflect what I actually need?

I have an unlimited US & Canada subsription. I have a problem with Skype every year when it comes time to renew. last time they cancelled it out due to a old exp date on my credit card (of course i got no message to update it). This year they have given me a message all week that my subscription was going to expire on November 11th, but at the same time it says subscription cancelled since a week ago. Of course, i keep trying to find where to pay for it, but it will only give me the invoice copy.
I'm sure there is some intentional reason for this. Maybe they want people with old subsricptions to lose them so they can charge higher rates to sign up again. I think they are just ripping people off, terrible customer service, and payment systems that don't work at all.
I'd love to find another service but i've got this phone number registered all over. So frustrating.

Help. I also need to renew my skype subscriptions. But it seems that there is no explicit description on how to do a renewal. I was thinking to buy skype credit and then use the credit to pay the subscriptions. But it seems that this may not work. And there is no customer services at all.
When I bought the subscriptions last years, there was problem too. So I am afraid that I cannot renew the subscription by the expiration date.
Please help. I have sent email to the customerservice@paybycash.com but no reply at all.
It seems that Skype really does not want people to renew their services.
Please help.

I'm having difficulties renewing my number for the account. It appears that after I've changed my payment method its not allowing me to renew. Subscribtion is scheduled to cancel on Dec. 13th. This line needs to continue to be opened. How do I get this resolved?

Has anyone at Skype thought of putting a Renew button on the main page when a user logs in? Were it my company, I should think that of all the things a user might want to do, I should make this one the least mysterious. As it is now, it is an enigma within a mystery within a muddle. I guess I'll just let my credit expire and see what happens next...
