Skype is billing me for the phone calling service that I no longer wanted, when the renewal came up I did not accept and they charged me anyway. When I look at my account it shows that my subscription has been cancelled but they did not return the charge. I have searched through the web sit and can not find help. SKYPE support sucks rotten eggs! How can you not have a support email or phone number to call, this is pathetic! IF there is one it is so hard to locate PLEASE DOES ANYONE KNOW THE NEXT STEP> I have contacted my credit card company and still waitng to hear. NOT IMPRESSED WITH SKYPE PROTOCOL!!
