As Primemover suggested you need to contact customer service, but in the future please make sure you disable auto-recharge during payment process. If you don't disable it then you approve auto-recharge and your balance will be automatically recharged.

I've tried the free subcription last month. However, I've not realised it was automatically renewable. I've cancelled the subcription right after I got the email, how can I get a refund from it?
