This morning, I was sent a notification that Skype had billed/charged my account for a new Skype subscription. I did not authorize this transaction nor did I sign up for auto-renew.
I would like for this new subscription to be cancelled and for my money to be refunded.
Also, in which order are these requests answered? I see several posts on this board where users are having this similar issue, but no one is responding to their posts. But others posts that are not dealing with billiing issues are receiving responses.
